Manager (35 hours per week) Salary: £33,139 per annum
Do you want to make a real difference to survivors of sexual violence in Highland, contribute to changing attitudes and perceptions, and work towards the prevention of sexual violence? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our small but committed team in a leadership and management role.
You’ll oversee all three core areas of RASASH’s activity – support and advocacy; prevention and campaigning and working with agencies to improve responses to survivors of sexual violence. You’ll also take part in local and national partnership meetings giving you the opportunity to influence sexual violence support and prevention work more broadly.
This is an exciting time to join us as we look to take RASASH to its next stage of development, including the expansion of our service to meet the unique geographical challenges we face. If you are able to bring an active commitment to feminist leadership and governance, experience in leading and managing, including strategic planning and management of budgets and funding, then we would love to hear from you.
