Support Line Update - April 2024

TEMPORARY SUPPORT LINE UPDATE

Following up on our March update, we want to inform you about the current status and ongoing plans for our Support Line services. Unfortunately, we are still unable to receive incoming calls at this time.

For the month of April support line will be available as following:

- Text and email only
- Tuesday, from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm, - - Wednesday, from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm
- Closed on Monday, Thursday, and Friday

Rest assured, if you require assistance via phone, you can send a text, email, or leave a voicemail requesting a call back, and we will try to arrange a call at a convenient time for you, depending on staff availability.

Please note that we are still accepting referrals to our service.
