 Do you want to make a real difference to survivors of sexual violence in Highland, contribute to changing attitudes and perceptions, and work towards the prevention of sexual violence? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our small but committed team.

 RASASH is committed to providing person centred, therapeutic emotional support and advocacy for anyone in the Highlands aged 13 or over affected by sexual violence; and to working to prevent and eliminate sexual violence in all forms.

We currently have 4 positions:

Part Time Finance and Admin Worker

Salary £11,288 per annum (£21,949 FTE) 18 Hours per week

We are seeking an experienced finance worker to support all our finance and admin related work.

The postholder will have considerable experience in all aspects of Third Sector finance and will be confident and competent in working with Sage, Excel and other Office software.

There may be opportunity for the postholder to be trained to cover a support-line shift but this will be dependent on the candidate and is not the main focus of the role.

Support Team Lead Post

Salary £31,340 FTE - 28 Hours per week


We are seeking Team Leader for our support team, to support the management and development of the provision of an effective support and advocacy service, and provide person-centred, trauma informed, therapeutic emotional support to survivors of sexual violence in Highland

Advocacy Team Lead Post

Outreach Support Worker x 2 posts

2 x 21-hour posts available however, there may be flexibility on hours of work.  Applications are therefore welcomed from those wishing to work more or less hours. 

 
21 hours post £17,131 (FTE 35 hours £28,537)

To provide an outreach support service to survivors of rape, sexual violence and childhood sexual abuse whether recent or historic across Highland. The service will be available to any survivors age 13+ with a focus on access from remote and rural communities. The role will also support non offending family and friends of survivors.

These positions are funded through Scottish Government Survivors of Childhood Abuse Fund until March 2024.
