Manager (35 hpw)
Do you want to make a real difference to survivors of sexual violence in Highland, contribute to changing attitudes and perceptions, and work towards the prevention of sexual violence? The post presents an exciting opportunity to join our small but committed team in a leadership and management role.
The manager will oversee all three core areas of RASASH’s activity – support and advocacy; prevention and campaigning and working with agencies to improve responses to survivors of sexual violence. We are looking for someone who has the skills and attributes needed to take RASASH to its next stage of development, including the expansion of our service to meet the unique geographical challenges we face.
You will also be required to take part in local and national partnership meetings which provides the opportunity to influence sexual violence support and prevention work more broadly.
Due to the nature of the post flexibility in working hours and some travel to the central belt will be features of the job. This is a permanent post though subject to continued funding. It is part funded by the Big Lottery Fund.

Finance & Admin worker (21 hpw)
The post of Finance and Admin Worker is a crucial one for RASASH. At present we are fortunate to have funding from 13 different sources, all with different ‘financial year ends’, which presents challenges in setting, monitoring and reporting on budgets. We are looking for a confident and competent finance worker who is also interested in providing general administrative duties, and (following training), a weekly stint on our survivor support line.
We use SAGE and you should be experienced in this (or willing to learn) and in creating and working with Excel spreadsheets.
The post is 21 hours per week and we can be flexible with hours although we do need the postholder to work Wednesday mornings.
